Cooking for 2 and a baby is kind of hard for me. It’s difficult to estimate and not cooking too much food. Baby at 14+ months is quite easy, all-in porridge using a slow cooker. As for hubs and me, we settle with one dish meal or eat at a restaurant near by.

Here’s my simple version of home-cooked meal. Soup and a stir-fry vegetable is always the best meal for me. Other times, we opt for steam-boat, with lots of vegetables.
